Lucy is thrilled to be joining the Bayerische Staatsoper opera studio for their 25/26 season.

Lucy was honored to be 1 of 6 finalists in the prestigious competition hosted by the Kosciuszko Foundation.

Lucy has been chosen as 1 of 20 semi-finalists in Houston Grand Opera's Annual Concert of Arias

Lucy has been chosen as 1 of 8 finalists for Opera Mississippi's prestigious competition.

"Baritone Minki Hong and mezzo Lucy Joy Altus (as Ronaldo and Estelle) played and sounded well together."

Lucy performed in scenes as Annio from Mozart's La Clemenza di Tito and as Tisbe in Rossini's La Cenerentola.

"Mezzo-soprano Lucy Altus brought her beautifully resonant tone all too briefly to the role of Giovanna."

Lucy will join the roster of the Merola Opera Program as the cover for the title role in The Rape of Lucretia.
